This was a great convenient location to explore Reykjavík on foot. They helped us arrange a taxi to the airport, stored our luggage after check out until taxi time so we could explore the city. They offered good suggestions to find some dinner restaurants. Th breakfast buffet was full of great choices and there was plenty of food.

Overall stay was good, excellent location. The elevators broke down on night before checkout so we had to haul our bags down, glad we weren't on the top floor. The parking here is paid, for the price I was hoping it would be free or substantially discounted. We did not do breakfast here as it seemed expensive and there were more options walking distance,

We were in a deluxe double suite, it was very spacious. Although we arrived at 12 noon, we didn’t get our room until right at check in time of 3pm, I asked the reception to ask if they would check to see if it was cleaned yet and just kept getting the canned answer “check in time is at 3pm”. Breakfast was very nice.
