Amaizing staff with slight downside of room /bed

It was great overall, but the bed / pillow was somehow not the most comfortable. Due to diagonal bed in room there was no possibility to sit on the bed and at night also I didnt sleep well. The staff was amazing and very supportive, even exchange of pillow is also possible but I wasnt getting good sleeping ergonomic.

Very close to train station

This first stay was a very pleasant surprise. Very nice hotel with very good breakfast. Close to the train station and city center. I will definitely stay there the next time I am in Reutlingen!

Staff was very friendly throughout our stay. We had a triple room, but we were supposed to have a queen and a twin - had 3 twin beds. The "A/C" was a joke - the room was very hot. Air did not get in to the 2 beds room. The bar at the hotel is very small. The restaurant only serves hotel guests breakfast.

Großer Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel. Sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Team. Das Zimmer einfach, aber praktisch und sauber. Jetzt im Sommer ist die Klimaanlage Gold wert. Das Badezimmer groß und sauber. Das Frühstück völlig ausreichend und auch hier freundliches und aufmerksames Personal.

Es war OK. Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück OK. man muss immer sehen wo ich übernachtet 3/4/ 5 Sterne. Also alles OK aber für uns die Betten zu weich. Waren schon zum 2 mal dort, und werden wohl auch wieder da übernachten.
