Vacations Close To Las Vegas Springs Preserve

Very nice hotel

Everything

This room gave us a very luxurious feel. With the floor to ceiling windows, 2 balconies, amazing view, comfy bed, and jetted tub with a view. Then you have a kitchen! Oh and parking is free! The pool was good, the gym was awesome! Probably one of my favorite places to stay in Vegas.

We arrive after a long trip to an hour and 45 minute wait line for check in. Then we get to the room and turn the shower on and it’s screaming hissing from the shower head. No matter the setting or temp. Then after flushing the toilet, BOTH room sinks BACKED UP WITH FOUL WATER! Unsanitary!! When you call any option on the room phone you get Rita the automated system. She said she’s putting in a work order. No one came soon so I went down to let the front desk know. Front desk line wrapped around the entrance. I cut line. Talk to a rep, she said they’ll send someone asap. No shower after our trip. Very inconvenient as my husband couldn’t shower before he event due to long wait to check in and shower issues. Couldn’t use the bathroom until almost 10pm. About midnight we plugged in our phones. And a circuit blew so some lights and outlets didn’t work. I reported that next morning and they had someone come later to flip the breaker back. Front desk line was longer than 30 people most of the weekend and didn’t have time to stand in line to get money back since we booked thru Expedia.

The host was not clear about housekeeping. No fresh towels/washcloths without a charge was inconvenient, especially since I didn't know beforehand. Cigarette burn in the comforter—hair in the shower. Nice view. Nice shower and jetted tub. Nice-sized space. Comfy bed.
