Os quartos estavam muito bem arrumados e limpos. Os funcionários se mostraram prestativos desde o início, café da manhã bem servido, em um ambiente bem aconchegante, organizado, limpo e bem distribuído. O hotel possui ótima localização, perto do Shopping, farmácias, centro. Muito bom! Não é um local de luxo, mas excelente para se acomodar, descansar e seguir com os passeios.

Quarto limpo, grande, com uma salinha antes do quarto que nos dá um conforto uma sensação de casa. Café da manhã com música voz e violão ao vivo. Estacionamento no prédio, muitas vagas. Funcionários super prestativos, sempre que precisar ir pra região com certeza já sei onde me hospedar, nota dez!

O banho foi ótimo e o café da manhã era bom. A cama é desconfortável e o sofá cama não deveria jamais ser uma opção ofertada, pois é muito ruim. O quarto era muito improvisado. Em compensação, a equipe é ótima, prestativa e muito simpática.

Quando chegamos o nosso quarto não estava pronto, tivemos que aguardar o recepcionista arrumar as camas mesmo com a nossa criança no colo e cansado da viagem, quando ele abriu a porta do quarto estava com cheiro de cigarro depois ele tentou achar outro quarto estava ocupado, não recomendo

Hospedagem de custo benefício razoável. Nos atendeu bem mas é nítido que falta uma atualização e uma melhor zeladoria. Percebemos no nosso quarto os colchões bem moles, cremos que pelo tempo de uso. Torneira da pia solta, a maçaneta da porta solta, enfim. O atendimento da funcionária da noite foi impecável. Educada e prestativa, assim como os demais funcionários que encontramos. O café da manhã era simples, mas também nos atendeu bem. Em resumo, quem procura uma hospedagem custo benefício, muito bem localizada, será bem atendido, porém não espere luxo.

Hotel bom, vista muito boa para o Rio Paraíba do Sul, o problema é que nós colocaram em apto. abaixo da cozinha onde serve o café da manhã (que poderia ser melhor) e após as 05:00 horas da manhã se ouvia barulhos que ia até às 09:30 hs. O hotel não estava cheio, o atendente (recepcionista) poderia ter nós acomodado em outro quarto, visto que até um comentário de uma funcionária eu ouvi se referindo a outras reclamações anteriores. FALTOU BOM SENSO

Quarto horrível! Tudo Muito velho e com algumas mobílias destruídas. Sem lustre em um dos cômodos… somente a lâmpada pendurada. A cama muito ruim. Ladrilho do box quebrado, porta que só fecha com empurrão. Muito ruim. Não voltarei jamais! A única coisa que prestou foi o atendimento dos funcionários.
