“The breakfasts were good, although they weren't included, but it was hard to get an evening meal. The room I stayed in was near the road and boiler/ air conditioning so it was very noisy so I slept very badly. The fire alarm went off early in the morning and we didn't get any information from the staff so didn't know if it was safe to return to our rooms. Although geographically it worked well I wouldn't stay there again.”

“Staff really friendly and helpful. Thought the staff were all excellent. Loved the swimming pool which was excellent. Parking really good to have near the hotel.
Bit disappointed with the following though to be honest as hotel is rated 4 stars: Thought the hotel was maintained well in communal areas but in rooms a bit less well - the room I was assigned was far too hot to stay in which was the main problem but also had very tired wrinkling carpet inside and narrow steep staircase up where...

“Easy check in taken to room which had everything you need very clean, tidy and modern. By the looks of the room it had recently been decorated and perhaps updated been done very nicely.
All staff were pleasant and helpful.
We had a meal early evening, four of us, different choices and we all enjoyed our meals.
Breakfast in the morning was good with a nice choice.
Nice garden area with lots of space and tables overlooking the broads, ideal location.
Would definitely recommend staying here.”
