This is a clean, quiet and safe hotel. Breakfast was excellent. I'd stay here again. Issues to note; Pool was closed (Temps were almost 100 degrees) and the TV has odd basic cable. There were 4- CBS stations but no NBC or ABC and only Fox News for national news.

Rooms were spacious however our card never worked to enter the building we were staying in. We were told we needed to walk around to the other side of the building located inside the courtyard. The outside door was left propped open during the day. Pool was completely closed and TV in the room didn’t work, no maintenance person onsite when we reported it. Staff was nice and appreciated our ability to bring our dogs.

The staff was friendly enough. The front desk wasn’t able to log on due to the manager not being on site nor were they able to check me in fully. I had to wait to get into my room without a key and didn’t receive a key until 9:00. You can’t change the ac without a key and when you are able to change it the room is still hot. They charge a parking fee for everyday that you leave your car in the parking lot. The room seemed clean enough but as I was unpacking and getting ready for the night. There was hair, dust, and stains from food on/in the sheets. The lotion and hand soap next to the bathroom sink wasn’t properly installed and literally came off the wall screws and all. There is pink and black mold in the shower. There was a dead fly in the sink. The staff is doing the best they can with what they have. I would’ve have loved just to have a clean room with working ac.

The hotel itself was good overall, but I was disappointed that the pool was closed in June since that was one of the main reasons we booked this property. There was also no mention of a parking fee when making the reservation, so I was surprised to see a parking charge appear on my credit card after we checked out. The complimentary breakfast was decent and included cereal, eggs, bread, yogurt, and other basic options. Unfortunately, the pancake machine was broken during our stay, which limited the selection a bit.

Room was clean but we had to ask for extra towels and sheets for pull out sofa. Some confusion at check in where we had to wait to ensure they had a clean room for us. Other people checking in had reservations canceled without them being notified. Breakfast was good and convenient. I would stay here again. Teally cute property.

Had a lot of problems but staff were quick to get them fix. The pool is out of service and was told it should not be shown on websites. Iron bord was broken and stuffed in the closet. Glasses were not properly washed floors had stains walls had patches was missing remote in the bed room. I talked to staff about it and they were quick to handle it so the was big to be me. Funny I would probably go back due to staff.

Great Hotel

Great hotel to stay at, clean, staff were very friendly and helpful! Love that it has a huge patio with bbq grill right by the pool. Parking was very convenient and the room was spacious and very nice. I will definitely stay here again.

Ive stayed here twice now and would recommend it. Despite wear and tear on things, overall the cleanliness is good. The beds are on the firmer side and the linens and pillows are comfortable and clean. I dont feel like i should have had to call for loud music in the courtyard at midnight, but i did and the music quieted down after so i appriciate that. The should be a sign or a singed agreement at check-in that quiet hours start at 10pm.
