This hotel literally makes me feel like it's my home away from home. It is safe and clean and comfortable. Amazingly comfortable beds and pillows. The best shower of any hotel I could hope for when i am away from home. I stay here at my own expense when traveling for work because it's worth paying for it myself as opposed to staying at a casino/resort that my work pays for when I need to be somewhere.

Beautiful room, amazingly quiet and soooo clean! The amenities on 7th floor were amazing, we loved the coffee machine. Front desk staff were super friendly and super helpful. We also really appreciated the security of the entrance and parking garage. Everything is in walking distance, this is definitely our new go-to for Reno stays!

I like the location of the Plaza. Kinda in the middle of everything. Room was very clean and comfortable. Made reservations for a room for the rib cook off on September 5th. Thats how much we liked it.

This was our second stay here and we were on the train floor this time and loved looking at all the items. The front desk man Mike is just the kindest person and so friendly. We are from Fallon and he got to talking about Fallon with us. Laurie at the bar was fantastic and she stayed open longer because we were all having a fantastic time. We will 100% be back for another staycation in the future.

The beds are amazing. The rooms are big and spacious. The bathroom is set up to be convenient for couples. The toilet/shower is separate from the vanity area. Parking is secure and easy to navigate. The hidden bonus is the 7th floor, overall. There is a coffee machine to rival what you would have to drive to Starbucks and pay for. It's available 24/7.
