Wasn't crazy about the Kiosk's. Sometimes no one but the kiosk to talk to at desk. When he was there, very helpful and courteous. Room clean. Remote didn't work. And I didn't like no breakfast. All Wyndham hotels I've stayed at always had breakfast.

Overall, clean room. No carpet which is something I always appreciate. No breakfast available and the nearest place was about 5 minutes away. Good location right of the highway. Staff not very helpful. There was a tray and a coffee maker, sugar, cream, cups but no coffee. Great for a short stay, good price, specially for business trips.

EXPEDIA SHOULD NOT RECOMMEND A HOTEL WHILE THERE IS RENOVATION GOING ON. Terrible property to spend a night. Small room, very inadequate bathroom and shower. It’s next to the highway, more like a truck stop so many 18 wheelers, construction material visible, dumpster and pallets, not a safe location. If you need a clean, safe and comfortable check it out before booking. Doesn’t deserve more than 1 star.

Great place for comfort and safety as a solo woman

AMAZING. Will def be one of my favorites in reno. Its close enough to the airport and freeway for travel. The rooms have been renovated, very clean and comfortable. Also the staff is VERY accommodating and kind.

The parking area was well lit with plenty of spaces. Room was very clean. The AC/Heat worked well getting the room to a comfortable level quickly. The front desk staff was very helpful in getting me connected to the wi-fi network. It was a good 1 night stay.
