Our room was perfect, staff super friendly and helpful and gave us a complimentary 1 pm late check out. The free breakfast had absolutely everything you need and the breakfast area was large and very clean. We will definitely stay there again!

Convient location, and good free breakfast. Also, the evening bar with a limited food menu was a nice touch. I'll stay again, and next time bring by two dogs. The property is excellent for dog owners wanting to travel with their Pups.

This is a very good hotel overall. The rooms were clean, the staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and the amenities were quite good. Parking was convenient, although a little expensive at $15 per day. We stayed in an executive suite, which was comfortable and well maintained, though slightly smaller than I had expected. Our room faced the road, so there was some street noise. What stood out most was the staff. Everyone made a genuine effort to be welcoming, courteous, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would definitely stay here again when visiting Reno.

There was an employee named Blanca who was the highlight of our stay, as well as the two male front desk employees (I don’t remember their names), but they demonstrated the utmost professionalism and service ever! The staff is friendly, helpful and the premises were in pristine condition. Definitely staying here again!

Decent breakfast. Great interior. I would recommend my friend to stay here and would be glad to revisit. One minor thing to improve is the sound insulation. The room next door kept opening and closing the door at midnight, and the motorcycle roaring at night, we all heard clearly and hard to sleep.

We've always enjoyed staying at Marriott Bonvoy properties, and this Element location was no exception. The hotel was exceptionally clean, welcoming, family-friendly, and spacious. The only reason I didn't give a perfect score relates to a few minor maintenance issues in the bathroom. The bathroom door creaked and could benefit from some attention, and the shower door did not close completely, which caused some water to leak onto the floor and required us to use more towels than usual. Additionally, the shower area could be improved with a few hooks or holders for hand towels and toiletries. While these were relatively minor concerns, they did not significantly impact our stay. We enjoyed our experience overall and would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

The Element is a great hotel for Reno. Their breakfast was amazing! The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The bar was fabulous as well. The hotel does a lot of little things for the guests which was appreciated such as a happy hour, water and coffee available anytime. The only draw back is the hotel is located on a busy street so it can be loud in the evening.
