Fortunately it was a one night stay. This was the 8th of 9 hotels in 9 days but was the most expensive and actually the worst stay. Room - dated would best describe it. I specified only a few things for all the hotels with WiFi being top of that list, and lo and behold the WiFi was non existent in the room we had. Bed was exceptionally soft, shower over bath and no thermostatic mixer so nearly got burned when someone else used water. No fridge, kettle etc so for the money you could likely do bettter. We wouldn’t stay again.

Stay was excellent, great food, however do not use the hotel's preferred taxi service of 'Taxi Op Der Musel', very expensive, charged 110 euro for a 9 mile journey from the hotel to airport, driver was very rude and aggressive when this cost was challenged. Bring a mask and a gun to hand to their drivers if you use them to make the robbery more authentic.

Eher enttäuscht, für über 180€ per Nacht und per Person, bin ich ein anderes Niveau gewohnt. Angefangen damit, dass man am Empfang nicht das Gefühl hatte, herzlich willkommen zu sein. Das beschriebene „Fitnessstudio“ befindet sich in einem Zustand, der mehr als ausbaufähig ist, Laufband ohne Funktion; Stepper ohne Funktion; Fahrrad mit abgebrochenen und abgenutzten Pedalen; Auf dem Zimmer war es Sauber, allerdings starte es damit, dass das Stromkabel des TV Gerätes gesucht und wieder eingesteckt werden musste; anschließend folgte die Ernüchterung; alle deutschen Programme waren verschlüsselt; Frühstück war ok, allerdings sehr wenig Auswahl und lieblos, es fällt mir schwer, da ich gerne dem Ganzen noch etwas positives abgewinne hätte wollen, allerdings wurde beim Abschied nicht mal ansatzweise gefragt ob alles in Ordnung war, man hatte eher den Eindruck das es schön ist das man geht… Küche: nach den ganzen Eindrücken habe ich mich gegen ein Abendessen im Hotel entschieden… Kategorie 4 Sterne bedeuten bei mir ein anderes Flair, sorry aber hier ist reichlich Luft nach oben
