“We do love our two apartments. Both are so spacious,clean and perfect for rest and relaxation after a long day of exploration. We only use one apartment for our home cooked meal . It is conveniently located and has very good transport link to all the spots we wanted to explore or shops we wanted to buy our food. Thank you so much. We had trouble with getting in because it's our first time to use JustIn mobile app but it all worked put at the end.”

“2 dias antes recibi un correo del hotel cancelando la reservación indicándome que me comunicara con EXPEDIA empresa con la que yo no tuve nada que ver ya que íntegramente realice la reserva con Hoteles.com Me comunique a Hoteles.com en 2 ocasiones tratando de llamadas de muy larga duración (mas de 20 min cada una) y el la que nunca al parecer pudieron contactar adecuadamente al hotel y como en el sistema de Hoteles.com aparecía mi reserva aun vigente decidí presentarme al hotel a mi llegada a...

“SCAMMER ALERT I arrived at this property after traveling for 5 hours to Luxembourg to have no check in instructions or have any ability to contact the host. The number and contact they provided were disconnected and I asked residents at the apartment complex about the rental unit and they shared they did not know who the owner was and that others had issues before. EXPEDIA did right by me and put me into another hotel and helped with my expenses. USE EXPEDIA, but do NOT book this location. ”

“The property was conveniently located across the street from bus#9 and several blocks from coffee shop, train/bus station and supermarket. When we arrived the twin bed was broken along with two door handles. The owner was aware but never addressed it. We just received automated messages since they were out of town. We were only supplied with one garbage bag and dishwasher pod. There was no soap, wine opener or wine glasses. Overall the apartment was ok for a few days. ”

“To start off on a good note, the apartment is ok and spacious the Wi-Fi and tv working. The trouble started when we wanted to park the car, arriving late Friday driving from Denmark, we were anxious to start our vacation. We had received information a picture of the garage belonging to this apartment, but none of the four keys worked. They couldn’t even get into the keyhole, we called the contact number at hotels.com and were redirected to Lux Flats. I explained the situation and a kind man said...

“Große Wohnung. Aber nicht für 4 Leute geeignet, da Couch nicht als Schlafcouch verwendbar für 2 Personen. Einrichtung ist nicht luxuriös sondern Standard. Leider waren Couch und ein Schrank bei unserer Ankunft beschädigt. Auf meine Nachricht per Expedia Chat wurde nicht reagiert.”

“The condo was at the bottom of a long hill, not good for seniors. The shower unit needs repairing - two substantial leeks. Upon arrival all towels were quite wet and rolled up at the end of the beds soaking wet. The pillows had barely any filling in them. Otherwise, clean and well stocked kitchen. ”
