Great breakfast, awesome having towels and beach chairs available for beach and the shuttle that will drive you down to the beach. Great location near the beach and near great restaurants, bars, and rides for the kids.

I’ve stayed many times in Rehoboth and this is by far the best hotel. It’s not right on the boardwalk but the amenities are top notch and the staff were very accommodating.

Had a great stay here. Place was extremely clean inside and out. Room was just as expected and clean as well. Staff was very friendly and my daughter loved the milk and cookies at night. Breakfast in the morning was also plus, first time staying here but definitely will be making this our regular visit. Parked up top in check in parking with a full size pickup truck and had no issues whatsoever.

We enjoyed our stay @ The Avenue! Our first time staying here and certainly won’t be the last! Great location, and staff was amazing! I would recommend staying at the Main hotel. There are two locations, which we were not aware of. The Avenue II is next door, but not connected to the primary hotel. Great experience for us! Highly recommend!

Loved the amenities like the wine and cheese and breakfast. Being able to park at noon was a plus. This is a lovely comfortable hotel that makes a person feel pampered. They no longer have coffee makers in the room if you're used to that. Could use a grab bar in the shower, and more towel bars.

The property is really convenient, clean, and comfortable to stay in! Just a heads-up: if your room is in Avenue 2, you will hear a lot of constant street and bar noise. It gets really loud and makes it hard to fall asleep at night.

The rooms were clean and cozy! We liked the breakfast, cold water accessible all day, and the Blue Hen was fantastic! My only complaint was the noise from the drunken patrons of the bar next door. We stayed at the Avenue II, and almost every night around 1am, people were yelling and screaming outside the bar. I thought there was a noise ordinance preventing that. We’d stay here again but in the main hotel.

Such and great experience from staff to amenities to cleanliness. This was our second time at the Avenue and they didn't disappoint. We had a room with a balcony over-looking Rehobeth Rd which was very enjoyable. Room was super clean, towels were plenty and I appreciated the staff's helpfulness. We'll definitely be going back!
