The rooms were not properly cleaned, the towels and sheets had stains, the interior is pretty dated and dingy. The location is pretty good and we needed a last minute one night stay before our Airbnb was available and this was the only place with vacancy. At ~$300, this is extremely disappointing and not worth it.

I had a suite. Staff was very friendly. It comes with fridge and microwave which was nice. The shower would switch between hot and cold water a lot and the tv could maybe add Netflix or something, but all in all a pretty decent stay!!

The Staff and the parking was a positive experience. Overall maintenance of rooms could use work and a deep clean. The housekeeping kept beds and bathroom clean. Breakfast was misleading as we were directed to the hotel next door as they did not offer breakfast on site.

The room was filthy. There were “stains” on the blankets. Stains and gross things in the walls. The refrigerator didn’t work and when I asked for a working one, they said they would bring one the next day. They did not. The person at the front desk rolled his eyes a lot. I had no other option so we stayed and just used it for a place to sleep. I felt disgusted the entire time. The pool was fine.

Parking was good. Shower was terrible, paint chipping on the walls in the bathroom. Beds were very small and not comfortable. A/C worked well which was a plus. No tissues in the room provided. When I called to ask for more towels the lady told me I had to come in and get them myself. Continental breakfast does not have any hot food, it’s all bagels and toast.

Checkin was good, lots of advising on area, however my room key didnt work, instead of new key was given new room (with broken walls/TV remote didnt work/and again had to rekey room 4 times in 24 hours out of 48 (each time i exit, it would stop working). .. Cleaning managers is not friendly:check out was horrible (I was told that I cant check out 15 min late)...I think staff should be trained much better..i wont return...however, it is cheap stay next to Cracker Barrel..

Staff was very helpful and provided all the things we needed including extra towels, wash clothes, pillows etc. The hotel could use some updating and maintenance repairs. The rooms were not very clean, it seemed like house keeping doesn't care about their work. We ended up switching rooms because our original room was dirty. The sink was dirty with hair and dirt. Their was a used wash cloth in the shower, the one pillow smelled like body odor, there were no sheets on the pull out sofa bed. The room was obviously not cleaned much of at all. The room always to be changed because the beds were made but upon further inspection we quickly realized the room was pretty gross. Overall our stay was fine and the staff were helpful.

The first room the front desk clerk put me in was very poorly in kept and unclean. The bed sheets were stained and the bathroom tub was dirty was the kitchen. I give this place a 3 star because the front desk clerk tried to make the situation better by moving to another room. The second room was a little better, at least the sheets were clean, the kitchen was clean and the bathroom was clean. The tub, however had a crack in the middle and felt like you were going to fall through it. I realize the hotel has been around for a very long time but I truly feel like if you are still going to be in business, then fix the place up and make it presentable so customers feel comfortable staying there. That being said, I will never stay there again.
