They were supposed provide indoor pool and absolutely I payed for it but as we got there they said pool is out of service and couch in the room was broken so we could not use it and breakfast’s potatoes were old
Does not worth the money
Not what the photos promised. Do not stay here.
The online photos are what sold us on this hotel, and they looked great. The actual room was a completely different story.
The first room reeked of mold. It was so strong that we asked to switch rooms, and the receptionist didn't seem surprised by the request. The second room smelled a little better, but it still didn't smell clean.
It was also just plain dirty:
- Unidentified debris in the bathroom corners
- Black marks all over the shower floor
- Red stains on the carpet that looked like they could be blood
- An off-white/yellow stain on the comforter
- Swollen, bubbling wood under the kitchenette sink, which looked like old water damage from a leak
We woke up this morning with our young children and practically ran out of there. The mold alone was unacceptable. I would not stay here again, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
