Entrance hallway/stairway to wing of building was dirty…. Filthy carpet, dirty walls, etc. Had a nice Keurig coffee maker with pods, but no coffee cups. Paint on walls of room chipped up. Room was clean as well as the bathroom was very clean. Main lobby/ desk seemed nice and clean, but the side of the property they put us on was pretty run down and dirty. Not terrible for the price, but kinda sketchy.

The location was great. The newly remodeled room was nice and clean. It could have used a few more outlets. We were on the upper floor so an elevator would have been convenient for our luggage. It was easy to find and close to the freeway. Plenty of parking. The public areas we saw could use new carpet, however I think they are still working on renovations.

Nice, clean room. Nice to have the mini fridge, microwave, and patio with chair. At the 3:00 check in, a lady at the front desk said our room wasn't ready. So we sat down in the lobby to wait for her to clear us for a room. We never saw her again, so at 3:30 I waited in line again. A gentleman was able to check us in at that time. Disappointed that we sat & waited past the check in time. The lady obviously didn't tell the gentleman that we had already tried to check in. Only other issue was the bathroom door was misaligned to the door frame and was difficult to close. I would stay here again.

We stay here twice a year (king poolside) as our half-way point during our travel for the past 10yrs or so.. Rooms are clean, love the access to the pool/hotub for my knee and my wifes back therapy.

Hotel its self is older and slightly run down. Old smelly dirty carpets in halls and staircases. Laminate wood in our room and hadn’t been vacuumed or mopped especially under bed. Air conditioning very hard to operate. Pool area makes up for this, large deep pool and large super hot jacuzzi, lots of lounger chairs. Price is great and restaurant decent. If you’re not here for the pool stay somewhere else.

The bad part was the air conditioner was so loud and had major loud rapid ticking like the fan was out of alignment. Made it really hard to sleep. Could have turned it off but then no air conditioning. The bed was nice and soft with 3 pillows on the queen bed. Bathroom was clean.
