“Number one the room looked much bigger in the picture the room was very tiny barely any walking room. It look like there was a pool in the picture on Expedia but there was no pool. the room had roaches crawling on the walls. There were four of us and only 2 washcloths and two towels one hand towel. No phone in the room to call and ask for towels and washcloths I will never stay there again.”

“The staff was a bit rude. Young kids. I reserved my room online that allowed pets, when I got there the staff said we could not have the room because of our pets. We were given the smallest room, smallest bathroom and charged double for our pets. A week later we are still waiting for our $165 pet deposit. They charged us $130 for the room. One night…too much for what we received.”

“Me and my boyfriend loved our room, we got the king suite with balcony and it was so clean, big, comfortable. Only problem was our air conditioner wasn't working but otherwise it was still a pleasant stay. The staff are so friendly and helpful”
