On arrival the chateau looked beautiful. It’s a really authentic French experience. Check in was smooth and the grounds were beautiful. We were only here for a brief stop off. Not too much around the area in terms of provisions but we had eaten before arrival and the resturant looked lovely. We had a drink in the bar area and that was nice and quiet. Would recommend to others clean, comfortable stay in beautiful surroundings.

This is one of the most beautiful exquisite looking properties we’ve ever stayed. We loved the romantic, classical French chateau mystique Chateau Cocove provides. The service, food and charm are worth revisiting.

We stay here every year on our way back from holidays. Lovely building, rooms recently updated, lovely surroundings & fantastic restaurant. Disappointed that there were a few issues with the bathroom. Basin plugs stuck in place, unable to run cold tap for bath & a disgusting stains on the outside of the toilet basin.

We booked last minute for one night after a long drive and could not have been happier with our choice . Property and grounds are beautiful but what really made it for us was the excellent food , the choice and the fabulous staff . We arrived last minute , with a dog , had forgotten to advise the restaurant I was vegetarian and they were incredibly busy. However, bar and restaurant staff were so friendly and informed , they couldn’t do enough for you and made the whole experience a real treat , we will definitely be returning .

Loads of parking, 4 electric chargers, a really lovely restaurant & an amazing & very reasonable wine list. The rooms have no aircon, we slept with the window open but as it’s close to the ferry port people leave early & drive over gravel past the front of the chateau so not the best night’s sleep in the summer. Beautifully decorated & very lovely staff, especially in the restaurant.
