The hotel was fine, staff was efficient and pleasant, very helpful. Sadly the area is like everywhere in cities in Brasil, you cannot walk safely at night, but considering the challenges of the country our stay was positive!!! 5 stars to the staff !!!!

The breakfast was diverse and good. The only issue is that the room itself is in need of a renovation. There was mold in the shower stall. The exhaust fan was so noisy when in the bathroom. The room itself was old.... It's more of a 3 star hotel...

Must be one of the worst hotels around.

The beds felt cheap and uncomfortable. The minibar fridge was noisy and difficult to disconnect. We had a drop from the roof over one bed. The building floors is uneven and the luggage wheels make a hammering noise on corridors and rooms. No hot water at night. Near the hotel was a construction site way to noisy which didn't let us sleep comfortable. We asked for a refund for the second night we got left and got a courtesy dinner at hotel's restaurant. The meals were just awful. Uneatable. On top of our bad experience some people of the staff had bad attitude and the hotel is NOT in font of the beach. NEVER, EVER COMING BACK. Just run away from this one.

Mein Aufenthalt war aus-gezeichnet! Das Hotel hat eine perfekte Lage, nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt. Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfs-bereit, und das Frühstück war wirklich lecker und vielseitig. Die Zimmer sind sauber und bequem - ideal zum Entspannen. Ich würde definitiv wiederkommen und das Hotel weiteremp-fehlen!

We travelled from New Jersey to Botucatu to Sao Paulo then finally to beautiful amazing Recife. An amazing experience, beautiful hotel, loving people, from the first day we checked in to the last day. They even put away our bags after we checked out for us to spend more time at the beach then provided towels and let us shower by the pool. I will definitely stay there again and recommend this hotel. If you want a night life action you just have to take a Uber which they are super friendly.

A experiência como um todo foi razoável. Entretanto alguns pontos chamaram atenção: fizemos o check-in às 18:30h, quase 5 horas após o horário previsto. Mesmo assim, o quarto não estava imediatamente disponível, o que não considero admissível. Me causou também espanto ser recebido por funcionários sem uniforme (camisa preta sem logotipo). Fiquei na dúvida por um momento se realmente era um funcionário ou não. Nesses dias de tantos golpes aplicados em incautos, um mínimo de padronização seria o ideal. Por fim, ao fazer a nossa verificação de saída do quarto, observamos que as capas internas dos travesseiros apresentavam muitas manchas, o que sugere uma necessidade de trocar ou aumentar a frequência das lavagens. Enfim, o hotel é bom, mas pode melhorar em alguns aspectos.
