I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that cleanliness was not a priority. The floor in my room was visibly dirty, and the entire bedroom had a terrible, unpleasant smell that made it uncomfortable to stay. The staff was not welcoming or helpful at all. Instead of feeling like a guest, I felt like an inconvenience. Customer service was cold and unfriendly, which only made the experience worse. To top it off, the breakfast was extremely poor very limited options and low quality overall. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and definitely would not stay here again.

Quarto limpo e confortável. Quando fomos (feriadão setembro/26), o restaurante, que é terceirizado, estava fechado das 14h às 18h (e tinha um cartaz avisando que esse fechamento seria até dia 04 e fomos bem depois), e chegamos com muita fome, querendo pedir almoço no restaurante mas não estavam funcionando e nem permitiam que nós pedisse nós delivery e consumissemos p que não seja do restaurante, tem que comer dentro do quarto, eles não permitem usar as mesas (nem da área da piscina nem do bar). não podíamos pedir delivery e comer na varanda! O único que se salva ali foi o Metre Junior, que nos tratou muito bem, mas o problema é de gestão!! Quando fomos jantar, apesar de chateados por não poder consumir nada em nossa chegada, percebemos que tudo foi requentado do microondas: a sopa de feijão péssima, requentada, e a lasanha à bolonhesa tinha gosto só de cominho, soltando água e sem queijo nenhum. Pedi uma prova de um caldo, pra ver se pedia e esquecia essa lasanha, e o garçom disse que não tinha como porque as porções são congeladas já na quantidade certa. Não teve jeito, tive que sair e comer fora quando o que queríamos era ficar lá e descansar, ter tudo perto. E o café da amanhã extremamente resumido: tudo de dois (duas frutas, duas proteínas, dois laticinios, dois bolos, dois pães). Esse restaurante terceirizado estraga tudo, percebi vários outros hóspedes chateados com essa situação, se nada for feito, vão perder muitos clientes por causa disso, eu mesmo não volto lá.
