Hotel was sparkling clean and pretty new or updated. Staff was friendly. Only thing that was a little jarring was the neighborhood. Had no idea downtown Reading was a little scary, especially when traveling with young ones. That being said, the hotel does a very good job of being away from everything and creating a safe and welcoming and CLEAN experience which is all I want as a mom!

My stay at the hotel was very pleasant. The hotel is beautiful, the room was clean, and the staff was very attentive and friendly throughout our visit. The only issue that affected our experience was an inconvenience with the water system. When I went to take a shower, the water stopped before I was able to finish, and it took quite a while for it to come back. I understand that this was probably a situation that was beyond the hotel’s control. I did appreciate that someone from the lobby later called to let us know that the water service had been restored. Despite this inconvenience, we enjoyed our stay. I especially appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. Overall, it was a nice experience, and I would consider staying here again.
