“Got a room online , got a key check my room out , went to grab some food came back and they book someone else in the same room, had to go get another room”

“Had a lot of problems. One of our rooms had not been cleaned prior to check-in and the woman at the front desk didn’t even apologize or say anything to us before handing us new keys for the room. We literally had to ask what the new room number was. Breakfast was 50/50, some mornings better than others but running out of a lot of things. Also had a fire alarm test go off one night at 2:30am. Again no real apology or recognition of that. 3rd floor is a mess with the recent work they are doing.”

“Clean and spacious rooms. Breakfast was decent. Quiet. Service was good.”
