“We had a lovely stay at the Bell Inn. Had booked the super duper room and were very pleased with it. Everything we needed was there and in a beautiful, fresh space.”

The staff were incredibly helpful, and everyone in the restaurant was especially lovely and welcoming. It was also great to have the option of on-site parking. Would definitely stay here again.”

“A nice size room, comfortable bed. Tea and coffee, and a small bowl of boiled sweets. A couple of packets of individual biscuits would have been nicer. Breakfast was continental, a mixture of small boxes of cereal, toast. There were croissants but they were cold and to be honest looked like they had been there a while and little cakes. We would go back as it is so convenient, plus we love Burnham 🤗”

“The room was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable, although the room was small, and if you ended up stuck inside, you’d quickly become claustrophobic. Likewise, the picture used to advertise the hotel is not a picture of any public or restaurant space in the hotel building, but a picture of the pub/restaurant 150 feet away. There is no public space you can hang out in within the hotel building. The price could not be beat, however. The fan for the bathroom was totally ineffective and...

“Beautiful guest house …very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful rooms, lovely and clean, with mini bar …and they little details in the rooms like Disaronno liquor ….a little Italian restaurant situated downstairs. Maldon is a beautiful village, with little shops and restaurants just around the corner, I would also highly recommend Mrs Salisburys for food & service too which is just around the corner on the high street. Parking is also available. ”
