Emplacement impeccable. Belles chambres et une salle de sport offrant des prestations à la hauteur de nos attentes.
La vue depuis le restaurant est sublime.
Le seul bémol est le service très moyen au restaurant, heureusement le personnel a l’accueil a bien rattrapé le comportement des serveuses du restaurant.
L'accueil est vraiment agréable, le personnel toujours présent. Petit déjeuner international inclus est très bon, les literies excellentes. Action Point est un centre sportif super équipé, fréquenté par touristes et Thaïs , hors des zones touristiques. Un scooter ou autre moyen de locomotion est nécessaires pour visites et plages. Nous avons "échoués" dans cet hotel suite à un relogement de HOtels. com, compte tenu que notre Hotel de luxe n'a pas trouvé notre réservation déjà réglée. Ce n'était pas notre premier choix, mais aucun regret. Si vous souhaitez un sejour au calme de Rawai, une activité physique ou pas, je vous conseille Action Point et son équipe au Top.

grosses arnaqueuses,on a fini par connaitre leur vraies visages , ne donne jamais le vrai tarif, profitent bcp de l’absence de leurs patron pour faire ce qu'elles veulent.
elle nous a conseillé des excursion, mon mari est rentré avec une fracture de lambaire 1 elle ne voulait pas que je demande la prise en charge de la campagne parce que c’était ses amies( sachant que quand nous lui avons demandé les prix , soit disant elle ne les connait pas , elle rend juste service), j'ai demandé le remboursement pour deux personnes parce qu’elles ont pas aimé la première excursion soit disant le remboursement est impossible mais je suis sur qu'elles ont partagé l'argent...ne donnent jamais de factures, restaurant de l’hôtel ( la cuisinière n'a jamais ce quil' ya sur la carte et quand on lui parle elle nous dit clairement vous voulez manger ok vous nous voulez pas je m'en fiche c'est très grave pour une professionnelle) Sauna sport proposé sur le site alors que sur place demandent de payer tout en espèce et sans facture.
