The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The property is in an older part of Ravenna but 1/2 block from the bus and train stations and 1/2 mile from the historic city center. Breakfast is small but worked for us.The shuttle service was excellent also. We would stay here again.

Although the hotel seems a little on the older side, it was clean and the staff was friendly! Train station is near so it’s very walkable with luggage. Stayed here before our cruise. They even offer a free shuttle to the port and it was fast and efficient.

The breakfast was very good. And, we had complimentary transfer to the cruise port, which was excellent. The driver was very friendly and helpful. It was very close to the historic town and lots of restaurants. I definitely recommend this hotel if taking a cruise and need a day or two before your cruise.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the location was excellent after arriving by train with luggage as is a short block walk. It is also convenient for walking to the main square, the Byzantine mosaic sites and restaurants. The hotel is older with basic rooms and the oldest hairdryer (which I proudly figured out how to use lol). It was very clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast and cruise terminal shuttle being included was great also! Would stay here again!

Staff were extremely helpful including free transport to cruise port. Also great value dor money with breakfast included. Althought not a real issue the decor and furnishing could do with a revamp. Would definitely recommend and stay again especially if staying prior to going on a cruise.
