The hotel is very close to the train station, only 3 minutes walk. The room was nice and comfortable. Breakfast was good. However, the most incredible was Silvia, who check us in. She’s super friendly, very efficient, and very willing to help.

A lovely clean, quiet and cool bedroom with good shower and nice shampoo etc. Breakfast was plentiful with coffee, juices, lots of cheese/meat breads. In addition to yoghurt, delicious chocolate croissant and three types of cake. Additionally there was tinned fruit cocktail and fresh fruit. We also used the left luggage and free transfer to the cruise port which made things much easier.

Hotel was about 10 minutes walk from the Ravenna train station. Room was clean and the receptionist was helpful and friendly. He suggested a few restaurants and we went to La Gardèla, about 15 minutes walk from the hotel, known for its Emilian and Romagnol cuisine & was an excellent recommendation. We only stayed for 1 night before our cruise so we didn’t have time to walk around town.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The staff were amazing, they accommodated us with bikes in the morning, We met up with the rest of our family and they went above and beyond to welcome us all in the lobby. The area is a 3 minute walk from the train station and 15 minute walk to the square where you find restaurants and shopping. We highly recommend.
