The room seemed clean. The sheets and duvet cover were white. The duvet cover was discolored some near the top of the cover that you might pull-up if you were cold. The discoloration was probably staining, but made me feel a bit uncomfortable with the whether it was newly washed. It was likely fine...just made it feel iffy.
