The staff was super welcoming and friendly. The parking was good and felt safe. The property looked clean but the room could have been cleaner. There was trash on the floor under bathroom counter—crushed crackers—from previous visitor; the carpet had clearly not been vacuumed because there pebbles or dirt of some kind throughout the room. The bedding clean and fresh and the bed was as comfortable as other best westerns. The staff was, by far, the standout part to staying at the hotel.

Check-in was simple, front desk staff was kind and offered recommendations when asked. Room was clean, housekeeping is offered daily which was nice, especially traveling with a dog! Breakfast buffet had plenty of tasteful options. Restaurant, Mulligans, on site was nice for dinner without leaving the property. Gym is small and does not have free weights, but does have a treadmill, bike, elliptical, and cable machine.

Very nice, clean with friendly staff. Free Breakfast better than most! Nice gift shop as well. But the best part was that you can park right in front of your room so you don’t have to lug your luggage all over the place.. I will definitely stay here again

The staff was super friendly and helpful and the room was clean and quiet. The only negative: the restaurant was so understaffed and overwhelmed that they basically told me they couldn’t serve me (single) in the restaurant. They did however complete a to go order for me and the food was tasty!!

Enjoyed our stay here. The layout (having an exterior entry and an atrium entry) is great design. The room and hotel common areas were clean, organized and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent! The hotel is not the newest but has been modernized and is quiet and comfortable. Looking forward to staying here again.
