“Ok”

“Horrible Experience....We booked two rooms for 25th Dec in advance. The receptionist Sambit also confirmed the booking at his end. “The room size was ok. There was no tissue paper in the bathroom. The staff was courteous and tried to get one.”

“Clean and spacious room..”

“Good property to stay at”

“The property needs serious upgrades. It feels quite dated and does not justify the tariff they charge. When we checked in, there was not enough staff available, so the manager and security person had to attend to our requests. Overall, the service and facilities did not match the price we paid.”

“Horrible , not clean and food is also bad not hygiene ”
