The staff is awesome!! I called ahead because i read they do not have elevators so i can get a lower level room since i had just had knee surgery a month ago and dont do stairs well yet. Staff was understanding and was able to accomodate us!! Our room was spacious and comfortable! Would definitely stay again.

Leann is an absolute gem I remember her from our visit last year and she commands a professional demeanor while taking care of our needs during our visit both trips! We were unable to check in on time due to a large fire in the area that shut down the roads but were able to check in five hours early the next day as well as checkout an hour later thanks to Leann accommodating us. Looking forward to returning. This is sort of an anniversary location for us. We got to utilize the pool and hot tub this time which were also amazing!

We loved the views from the room and played multiple games of pool! We watched the World Cup in the amenity center and used the gym in the mornings. It was the perfect spot to feel like you’re getting away from life’s routine! This place is a hidden gem! I also enjoyed watching the wild turkeys and listening to all the birds chirping.

An oasis in the mountains! The scenery of the outdoors was great but the room was clean and very spacious! The staff are amazing and friendly! There was a power outage on our last night so we were given a refund for the inconvenience. We will definitely be back!
