Room was very comfortable and clean, great for families. Breakfast was adequate though getting clean plates and cutlery was more of a challenge than it should have been. Staff was not terribly customer service-orientated. Note that the property next door is under construction and drilling was incessant throughout the day.

had a great time at one of the best places for recovery. The service staff was extraordinary and very helpful. The breakfast was great, and it is close to the Dead Sea. I will continue going there.

Absolutely loved our stay!! Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous place, super stylish and well thought through!! Checkin was easy, but I wish we didn’t have to download an app beforehand. Really don’t need another app on a phone for a few nights… the location is excellent for all the activities we wanted to do around Ramon crater; the view on the property - breathtaking :)

Poor value for it’s price

There rooms are nice but their view were to a parking place. There was no single chair if you want to sit in the room, acoustics was terrible so we woke up early morning with the first baby that was shouting in the corridor. The TV was on and there was no way to turn it off until we took out the cables from the wall. This stay does not justify the price
