The staff was very welcoming. Coffee and bar with outside patio was great! Room was quieter than I thought given its downtown. It is an older property but nicely maintained, convenient and friendly atmosphere.

This hotel is quiet, with comfortable beds and easily adjustable temperature. it has an inner and outer window shade for privacy, which works very well. The decor is quirky and modernistic, which fits the overall theme, and the location is perfect; no need to drive to where I was headed. I stayed here last year, and I plan to return the next time I come to Raleigh.
