The hotel was beautiful and the staff super helpful. The exterior walls are very thin and we had trouble sleeping because of all of the outside noise. The bed is also very hard.

Hotel is in the historic centre next to presidential palace. Staff - the best I have encountered in Ecuador. Friendly, helpful and kind to my little boy. Food was traditional and delicious.
