The property in general is very clean. The room I stayed in was very clean however the couch was light color fabric and looked very stained other than that all was good. The public areas such as the gym, pool area, lounge area, pool table and ping pong table and lobby they were all clean and neat. The staff was always friendly and willing to assist when needed. The Internet signal was very poor, not enough signal to watch tv though.

My kids and I had an early Flight in Queretaro so I wanted us to be closer rather than driving in from Guanajuato. I specifically got this room for the pool which to my surprise was not at all what the pictures depicted. There was a lot of brown spots and the water looked cloudy. The chairs and umbrella holders are old and broken. The lobby smelled amazing and was very nicely decorated & staff was nice upon arrival, but the "apartments" didn't smell so great and the rug had stains. One of the toilets wasn't working properly and in the other bathroom when I took a shower it ended up flooding the whole room. We had the option to a late check out, but we were so ready to get out after only one night. Also still very upset that they woke us up close to mid night because of a noise complaint and we even tried to ignore the knocking, but they didn't stop until we opened the door.

The place was always clean and quit,I really enjoyed that part. But nobody was at the desk front ,I had a situation with my electric door entrance but there was nobody to help me.I stay there for 5 days total and they do not clean the room ,I understand the place is green friendly but cleanness can be environmentally friendly as well. Thank you.

I spend 5 nights in this hotel,and on none of them they cleaned mi room,I understand that the place is green and environment friendly but that doesn't mean is not clean,that was unacceptable. At night and early mornings (until 9am something)there was nobody in the desk,and they didn'tsay anything when I registered myself, I had an emergency at night, the electric door for my room was with no battery and nobody was there to help me,next they the desk front people just don't care about it. The building was nice overall but I wish I could know more about this place before my booking.
