I have stayed in this hotel many times, the elevator wasnt working for 3 days, so we had to use the stairs, i travel with a family member thats 67, after a long day of work those stairs felt eternal, hotel room service was not up to par as the other times, ordered a Arrachera Taco order, got in the shower, came out order was there but with no tortillas, who sends tacos with no tortillas ? ... order was cold by the time they went up with the tortillas up the stairs, not the best visit

En general, mi estancia fue muy grata. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y el personal fue muy amable y atento. Lo único que no me gustó fue que la alberca estaba helada, considero que sería excelente que pudieran climatizarla, ya que de lo contrario es difícil aprovechar esta instalación ya que no puedes usarla de lo frío que está el agua. El sol por sí solo difícilmente logrará calentar una cantidad de agua tan grande. Sería una mejora muy recomendable para que los huéspedes puedan disfrutar de la alberca y aprovechar aún más las instalaciones del hotel.
