Angie our receptionist upon check-in was very friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff were equally as friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean. The area around the hotel was excellent, within easy walking distance to the center of town and a number of eating establishments and tourist sites. On-site parking was available, but there were a limited number of stalls and it was quite tight for our mid-size car, there was also some street parking available.

The only thing missing is no breakfast available at this place but it's very close from downtown for multiple options for restaurants for breakfast

We were looking for something practical for a family event. And the hotel had a problem with the main street, something that seemed out of the hotel's control. But it did hinder the activity a bit and it feels unsafe. They could have warned us. And another thing. The room we had is on level 1 on the side of an avenue. The window is poorly made, all the noise comes in. We couldn't sleep well and that is a huge drawback for any hotel.

Esta bastante bien el Hotel el único problema es del jacuzzi quizá no lo utilicen tanto x que al intentar usarlo salió mucho sarro necesitan dar mantenimiento a las tuberías

La habitación estaba muy amplia, agradable, limpia. Con una terraza con vista al parque "la pila". Un mosco perturbó nuestro sueño...pero es normal si hay muchos árboles y además abres la terraza. El personal fue muy amable.

El hotel es muy limpio, las habitaciones de muy buen tamaño, los colchones adecuados, la localización al centro de Tequisquiapan, es muy bueno. Tienen un par de Arias de oportunidad, el Wi-Fi es malo, se desconecta a cada rato, la pantalla que ponen en la habitación es muy pequeña, y no se oía nada. Tienen un pequeño Estacionamiento, que para el tamaño del hotel, suele ser muy conveniente, el agua de la alberca, no es atemperada.

Amables todos y muy cerca del centro.

El personal del hotel muy amable, el lugar seguro, bien ubicado, frente a un parque, a 3 calles del centro y mercado de artesanías, la habitación que me dieron le falta mucho mantenimiento, tiene una terraza agradable pero lo malo es que se escucha mucho ruido de los carros y de los antros que están enfrente, si vas de fiesta está perfecto, lleva tapones para los oídos, eso nos salvó.
