Amazing new airport hotel right next to the Querétaro Airport. Everything was clean and it was incredibly quiet. In fact of the many hotels we've stayed at in Mexico, it was by far the quietest. We had no problems at all with hot water or anything else and it was amazing. The parking was free. The staff were excellent. Good breakfast, nice rooms, very comfortable beds. Highly recommend this hotel.

Very good new hotel. It is a basic airport hotel. No frills or food after breakfast. Make sure to bring lunch or dinner with you as there are no restaurants or Uber Eats at this location. The plus is they have a free airport shuttle every 30 minutes. I left hotel at 3:00 am and got to the airport in 10 minutes. Do tip your driver.

Excellent location to catch a flight. Very nice and clean but we try to take a shower in the morning to cash my flight and there was no Water !!!! so we flew without taking a shower !! and this didn’t only happen to us. It happened to other customers. !

Everything was fine except for the fact that there was no running water the morning of my departure. I asked the front desk if there was anything they could offer in terms of compensation and they pretended not to hear my question. I don’t like to complain but I had a 42 hour journey to Asia after I checked out and I really needed a shower that morning. Running water is a basic expectation for me when I choose a hotel but maybe that’s just me. On the positive side, the hotel is newer and clean. Also, the food at the restaurant was good and the staff was attentive.

Stagg was not very helpful. No hot water half the time in the shower. A lot of the doors were difficult to shut or wouldn't shut. A great close by optio. For the airport with a modern room, but needs some work on the living quarters, amenities, and the shuttle times offered. We had to leave 2 hours earlier because the shuttle only left at 3 am and 6 am.

I requested that nobody be assigned the room above me, and of course they did not listen to me and I could NOT sleep because of the noise upstairs. There was NO WATER AT ALL so I could not use the toilet, sink or shower! The place is new but is located near what looks like a WASTER DUMP. There were so many details missing that I told them about. Their response? We've only be open for 3 months! No shampoo or conditioner; no bath mats; only one tiny waste paper basket; free breakfast was a nightmare! No cream for my coffee; no reduced fat milk for cereal; and only one kind of orange juice and only one kind of sugar offered. I paid $150 US dollars - do NOT GO THERE - IT IS A TOTAL DUMP! NEVER AGAIN! oNLY BECAUSE IT'S CLOSE TO THE AIRPORT DO THEY GET ANY TRACTION.

El hotel tiene una excelente hubicación frente al aeropuerto y su personal es muy amable, es todo lo bueno que puedo decir. EN cuanto a la propiedad, parece nueva a la vista pero ya que entras parece viejísima y muy mal cuidada, con zonas comunes sucias o en mal estado, como el elevador, la puerta del cuart se dificulta cerrar y lo peor el baño, no huele mal, apesta! a cañeria y aunque subieron a echar desodorante solo lo mejoro un rato. En el baño la toallade pies muy sucia, cabellos en la regadera, sin nigun vaso en la habitación. Lo pero, es que si crees que el servicio al aeropuerto lo salva, piensatelo dos veces porque su transportación solo te lleva en horarios muy especificos con mucho tiempo de diferencia y yo tuve que esperar casi 2 horas a abordar mi vuelo, lo que no da ninguna ventaja con quedarte en el centro de la ciudad, en un mucho mejor hotel a una tarifa incluso mejor. Yo no lo vuelvo a utilizar para viajes, prefiero madrugar.

Nuestra estadía fue una experiencia muy buena, nos sorprendió gratamente que a pesar de ser un "hotel de paso de aeropuerto" y nuevo, todo el servicio fuera excelente. Viajabamos con una bebé y nos preocupaba que todo saliera bien, y todo estuvo perfecto. La atención del personal desde incluso la planificación fue muy atenta y dispuesta. Pedimos cambios de horas, cuna, cobijas extra, transporte y todo lo resolvieron con muy buena disposición. La cama muy buena, la ducha con todos los artículos de tocador buenos. Buen espacio en la habitación. Y la comida en el restaurant rica. 100% recomendado.

Ubicación ideal cerca de aeropuerto y servicio de traslado a aeropuerto incluido. La recámara aislada de luz y la cama muy cómoda. Lamentablemente falló el Servicio de agua y no hubo agua en las regaderas por la mañana. Por esa razón la pensaría antes de volver a hospedarme allí.
