En primer lugar el elevador no sirve llegué con una persona de la tercera edad más de 80 años lo único bueno que hizo el hotel fue que nos dio una habitación en el primer piso pero era subir y bajar escaleras todos los días eso no se me hace correcto para una persona a la tercera edad en el restaurante a la hora de la comida tenemos que perseguir a los meseros muy atentos sí pero perseguirlos el desayuno que está dentro del costo de hospedaje cuatro platillos rajas con queso frijoles huevo revuelto y huevo con jamón cuatro frutas y está la masa preparada para los waffles que los huéspedes tienen que preparar en la waflera, llegamos a las 8 de la noche al hotel después de nuestras actividades nos queríamos echar un regaderazo y ya no había agua caliente el aire acondicionado nefasto y la habitación que nos brindaron en el primer piso frente a la alberca O sea no podemos abrir las cortinas para que entrara la luz porque enfrente estaba la alberca y había gente usando la alberca entonces no me gustó nada esta estancia

Faltan conectores para celular que estén más a la mano del buró. Unas cortinas blackout En el baño un ganchito para colgar las toallas y que te queden al alcance de la regadera !!!! Gorrito para baño El estacionamiento tiene espacios muy reducidos , no me encantó . Muchas gracias la atención fue muy buena

El cuarto estaba en buenas condiciones en general, el problema es que la regadera al parecer tenia una puerta corrediza, pero no estaba ocasionando que cuando uno se esta bañando se moja todo el piso fuera de la regadera. El buffet estuvo promedio, nada extraordinario El estacionamiento esta bien
