We loved our stay here We traveled with our young adult children and stayed in the suite in the adults only area - the room was spacious and the kitchenette was well appointed. We really liked that the room had ceiling fans as well as AC - The room and entire grounds are clean and well cared for We walked down to the beach one day and used the pool area the next - both were great. I would be remiss if I didn't say how dang cute and awesome the monkeys on this property are. We would highly recommend staying here!

What a beautiful place to stay. We booked a room with a sea view and balcony, both were fantastic. The kitchen was well equipped enough for us to make our own breakfast and enjoy the view on the balcony. On the last day a group of monkeys decided to come and visit us at breakfast too! Beds were large and comfy :) The decor (recycled bottles for lights and walls) throughout the site was quirky and fun - nice to see touches that sets this hotel apart from others. Staff were genuinely helpful and friendly. There were a few stairs to get to the pool (3 pools) and room, not a problem for most, but just be aware if you struggle with them. Access to the beach is by walking along a main road there's no footpath as such. It's downhill to the beach, but really quite steep coming back up. Again not a problem, but just be aware if you're staying with young children etc

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was air conditioned, with a small kitchen that included a refrigerator, plates, utencils, microwave oven, ect. We also had a nice balcony with a table and chairs and a view of the ocean. We had breakfast every day at the restaurant on the premises and also had lunch there once. Staff is very attentive and went out of their way to help set up tours. The grounds are very well kept. Monkeys are everywhere as well as other interesting wildlife. Location is close to the beach and Manuel Antonio park.

Would have liked a gym. Room was clean upon arrival. However there was construction work right outside our room all week which meant for noisy mornings and went on all day Not a deal breaker. But maybe think about location of guests before putting them in whatever room. They called it an upgrade but it was the actual room we paid for so that made little sense to me. Regardless pools clean. Lots of animals. Pretty maintained walkways. Would come again. Close to main beach a small walk but not for those not active. Uphill is a bit for older folks and out of shape folks. But if you're healthy you're golden and it's a great spot
