Great value stay in Queenstown. Convenient location only 10 minutes walk to town so you could leave your car at the property which had free parking. Property was clean and spacious although a little tired. Staff friendly and helpful.

15 minutes walk from city center. Close to skyline and kiwi park. There is a suoermarket nearby. Fridge in shared kitchen had segregated area for each room. Coins for laundry machine can be bought at reception so that you don't need any cash. Overall very good stay with reasonable price

We booked a family ensuite room at what we thought was a hostel for our one night in Queenstown not expecting much, and were very pleasantly surprised at how comfortable, clean, and just generally nice the room was. It happened to be the night that the World Cup semi final was on at 7 AM, but we couldn't get it on the TV in our room. The lovely lady at reception had no idea how to fix that, but found us another, empty room where we could watch the important game, which was absolutely above and beyond. Would return here in a heartbeat. (Also, even though we arrived about 10 PM, we were able to park almost right outside our room, in the height of ski season.)

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The location is close enough to the town centre and an easy walk. There are many different accommodation buildings spread over a large property, giving a spacious holiday park feel. Facilities are old but everything worked, including the heater.

Everything about this place is great, staff, location, and the room was tidy and warm. My only issue, which is more for other people is that the hot water in the shower doesn't work very well. The hot water on the sink tap is fine, but the shower struggles even for lukewarm. Luckily, I shower cold most of the time anyway, but others may not like it. Some pics just before I left
