The staff were very accommodating when we needed an early check-in. The location is great: it’s walkable to the gondola; stores and restaurants downtown; and the lakefront. There’s no elevator, so be prepared to carry your suitcase up a flight of stairs. Our room had a balcony with an amazing view of Queenstown Bay. Highly recommend staying here!

Great room! No faults, the bed was heated and warm through out my sleep which was great. Such a good little surprise to check into. Location was great to walk into town under 5 minutes just down a big hill and then up again and back to the hotel. Highly recommend! Will stay again! A bit outdated but looking at the other hotels they’re all the very similar. Loved the free water to fill up your bottle while you’re on the go!
