The staff were friendly and very helpful. Our room was up a very steep flight of stairs however the room was very clean and had everything we needed. The location couldn't be better from everything you want to do in Old Quebec. Parking is scarce with only a few spots in a back alleyway so make sure you call to reserve a spot. We would choose to stay here again in the future.

This hotel was really lovely. Well located, charming room. A bit dated, but clean and very comfortable. For the price I found it to be a great value. No reception on site but extremely responsive by text. Housekeeper on staff most of the day.

Heritage Hotel in Old Québec, contactless check-in, but help was just a phone call away when our room code didn't work. The hotel itself has a fin-de-siècle vibe but our room on the third floor was clean, quiet, and full of character (stone wall, ceiling timbers, 4-poster bed). The bathroom was modern and spacious, only lacking some shelves next to the freestanding sink and in the large shower.

Beautiful, quaint hotel. For a building of that age, the rooms were surprising. Large enough and they contained everything you need. Bathrooms have been newly remodeled. The stairways to some rooms were pretty narrow, but manageable. The staff was very attentive when needed. I'd stay here again.

Great location. Easy to use auto check in. I was in the attic room. The stairs are no joke. Very steep spiral staircase and floorboards are small. Had to use them sideways. Room was so very pretty.

My mom and I enjoyed our time here! While there wasn't any staff available, we did not mind as they were very responsive through messaging. Our room was clean and housekeeping turned over our linens and towels after two days and it was nicely done. We'd love to stay here again as it was walking distance to a lot of the tourist spots!

The hotel is in a great location! Everything is walkable with plenty of shops and restaurants. Having no front desk was a little strange having to text or call a central place. The heat was not functioning and coming from South Florida, we needed it. They did eventually provide us with a space heater. The house keepers were very pleasant and extremely helpful! Not sure if I liked the "no staff/no front desk" but I would stay again. We were lucky to have a room on 1st floor because there are no elevators and wouldn't want to have to carry my luggage up those narrow stairs. The drawback was the noise level, people making a lot of noise, very early in the morning.

This property is in the perfect Old Quebec location. It is very close to restaurants and shops but is on a less busy street so it was quiet. It was very clean and well maintained, and bathroom and amenities felt lux. It is not modern chic decor, so if you are looking for that, this might not be the place for you. BUT If you like a more Victorian vibe, this location feels more authentic to Quebec history. This was the first time I stayed somewhere that did not have a human at the front desk and I thought it would be weird, but when my companion had trouble accessing her room, a phone call to the number they provided straightened everything out as quickly as a on-site human would have. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

We had a great stay at the hotel! It’s in a great location, and it’s an absolutely beautiful property. I was a little leery about staying at a hotel without staff, but they were in constant communication via text. We had an issue with the AC on the first day, and they sent someone to fix it within hours. They don’t have amenities like a restaurant or a pool, but if you don’t need those things we highly recommend this place.
