My mom and I enjoyed our time here! While there wasn't any staff available, we did not mind as they were very responsive through messaging. Our room was clean and housekeeping turned over our linens and towels after two days and it was nicely done. We'd love to stay here again as it was walking distance to a lot of the tourist spots!

We had a great stay at the hotel! It’s in a great location, and it’s an absolutely beautiful property. I was a little leery about staying at a hotel without staff, but they were in constant communication via text. We had an issue with the AC on the first day, and they sent someone to fix it within hours. They don’t have amenities like a restaurant or a pool, but if you don’t need those things we highly recommend this place.

Our stay was wonderful! From the moment we entered the Inn, we felt comfortable and relaxed. Our room was beautiful with lots of charm. And we really appreciated having a heat pump to cool off after our hot day of walking. The only thing we noticed was the lack of surfaces to put anything on in the bathroom and shower. A shelf and a shower caddy would make an incredible difference.

Great location. Steps from the action. Convenient pull up for drop off or pick up. If you're considering a room on the third floor, forget it. Go with the second. 36 steps is alot. 54 is ridiculous.

This is our second stay at the Clo St Louis. Love that the Clo is in old Quebec right where the festivities take place. Clean room and air-conditioning was welcomed with the extreme heat wave. Parking is limited and slightly expensive but we'll worth the cost to park at the Clo. Loved our seven days at the Clo!

Hotel is ideally located to walk everywhere in Old Town Quebec. The room was large and very comfortable. The fully-autonomous check-in and essentially virtual front desk took a little getting used to, but they were highly responsive, so zero worries. Definitely recommend this property for getting into the heart of Old Quebec!

The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was really nice too. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Old Quebec, so it was easy to walk everywhere. I never actually met the staff in person, but they were always quick to reply to my messages, which I really appreciated. My only complaint was the Wi-Fi. It was pretty slow and spotty, so I ended up using my data the whole time. That was a bit frustrating since I needed it for work.
