This boutique hotel was centrally located in old Quebec so location was perfect to explore the area. It was a little pricey without some amenities some hotels offer, but the charm of the building and location (witjh exceptional people) provided a quaint ambiance of older times. We very much enjoyed our stay and appreciated the 24/7 coffee machine.

Charming facilities very close to the Chateau Laurier and good restaurants, which suited us well. The room was small, but certainly adequate. We enjoyed the availability of the small lounge area. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The room was very clean and nice and bright. Perfectly located, close to everything in Old Quebec. The staff are wonderful - extremely friendly and beyond helpful. We looked forward to seeing them at the end of our day. They serve delightful pastries and waffles for breakfast as well. Highly recommend this excellent hotel. We will 100% stay here again.

The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The shower was great! A/C was fine. We were disappointed that there was no real dining room. There was a very basic breakfast available but without fresh fruit etc. Parking is available in a lot immediately behind the hotel accessible via a back door.

The air conditioner was loud and noisy which compromised my sleep. This hotel needs major upgrades in all aspects from fixtures, furniture, beds, bathrooms, lights etc. Location and staff were good. I would have appreciated a coffee machine in the room. The check in was smooth and the car valet service was excellent. Booking the hotel by calling them directly turned out to be a disappointment with over 45 minutes of computer glitches from thier end so I gave up and booked with expedia in less than 2 minutes. Overall I will give it a 3 out of 10.

This was our second stay. The location is very convenient. Everything is in walking distance. The hotel is old, which was expected, but everything was very clean and well organized. Breakfast was good as well.

Location, Location, Location! Quiet area but close to all things in Old Quebec. No free parking to speak of nearby, so paid for valet parking. Room was roomy, very comfortable with amazing bedding/pillows, VERY CLEAN, lots of character… our views looked out to a green space with the Dufferin Terrace steps away. Breakfast offered & available in hotel packages. Wonderful coffee making system located near main desk on main floor offering many options all free of charge. Loved that! Staff were excellent. Always available, very helpful and always attentive and welcoming. Stayed here for 3 nights. Would not hesitate to retur Merci!!

Our stay at Chateau Bellview was wonderful, and the standout feature was the exceptional staff. Everyone was incredibly patient, welcoming, and understanding. We were a group of Americans from French Canadian families who wanted to practice our French, even though it was a bit rusty. The staff graciously encouraged us and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Its location is ideal—just a short walk from the iconic Château Frontenac and the Dufferin Terrace boardwalk, making it easy to explore the heart of Old Québec on foot. What made our visit especially memorable was the kindness and professionalism of the staff, combined with the hotel's excellent location and comfortable accommodations. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend Chateau Bellview to anyone visiting Québec City.

There is nothing negative I can say about this hotel. Our stay was perfect. The room was amazing, comfortable bed, amazing shower, the continental breakfast daily was delicious and a perfect start to the day. The staff were all so kind and professional. Having the valet option was perfect. Now, the location! Steps from a gorgeous park and Chateau Frontenac. We loved wandering around and having our hotel so close if we wanted a break mid-day. I can’t say enough about this hotel- coffee, juice and water always available was a huge hit- my daughter adored the lemonade and hot chocolate! Everything we encountered was just better than it needed to be- no special touch was missed. Thank you so much!!
