I had a wonderful one-night stay at Alt Hotel. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and made the check-in process quick and easy. The hotel was quiet, and I had a great night’s sleep. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Overall it was fine. It was clean and the staff was nice. I really dislike the way the light from the bathroom shines into the room (there's a large translucent panel between rooms). Really inconvenient for getting up in the middle of the night or if one of us wants to get up earlier than the other.

When you are traveling with a dog (which the Alt welcomes) it is a nice perk to be able to order room service from a good restaurant with a really great menu…delivered on a classy tray with unique tableware to your room. No need for fast food or taking turns out. I LOVE THIS! Try the the Grilled Romaine Salad!

The overall stay experience was good. Rooms were clean. The bed was comfy. It didn’t meet my expectations for a 4-star hotel. I’ve stayed in Radisson Blu in the past which was 4-star and if I compare both, there are so many shortfalls. The room in Alt was too small. Bathroom was congested. Also breakfast in Radisson was amazing and was included in the room cost but not in Hotel Alt. The staff was polite and helpful. They do speak English. The check in sans check out was fast. Kudos to the staff. Hotel Alt is located near a mall which is like under 300meters. Parking is an issue here. If you plan to visit on a long weekend you’ll need to go for a treasure hunt. They also have an underground parking but the spots are too congested. You’ll become an expert in parking. But overall things were good.
