Incredibly welcoming staff, great amenities and services, very clean premises, and a beautiful location. Breakfast buffet was great and relatively simple access to the surrounding attractions.

If you are in Old Quebec this is the place to stay. Amazing property in the heart of Old Quebec. The staff is the best.

This was the most magical property! Everything from the dining, the professional staff, and the lovely room was perfection! We also loved the location with the ability to explore the area without needing a car. Easy walk to shops, restaurants, and historic sites. We look forward to returning again soon!

Excellent historical hotel extremely well located. An old time gem very central to all the action. And the best beef Wellington cooked to perfection at the Sunday brunch.

The Chateau is magical (be sure to book the tour for interesting & fun bits of history.) Location is spectacular. But it's not only beautiful but truly caring of their guest experience. Every single person was friendly, kind & helpful.

Awesome views of the St Lawrence River. Perks attendant on "OR" status included a home room on the 14th floor for breakfast, snacks, drinks, and an alternative front desk. The service was off the charts!
