This is a funky old hotel. Clean shower with sink in room. There is no front desk. But someone came in with fresh towels each day and there was a related hotel to which you could go with problems.

Very easy to access, no reception staff but they were easily messaged. (We didn’t particularly need them!) the room was beautiful, with a fridge and a microwave (we didn’t use) beds were very comfortable and the location was amazing. Shower wasn’t overly powerful but did the job. Wooden floors so felt a little dusty in places but again not a big issue. We were given new towels on our second day too which was a nice touch! Things worth noting but not deal breakers : only soap bar style toiletries were included so if you need shampoo/conditioner- make sure you bring those. Also no safe in the room. They had a suggested breakfast leaflet which we didn’t use so I can’t comment on that. But on the main road into the old centre we found a great little bistro for breakfast. At the end of our stay we were able to leave luggage at the hotel Acadia across the road. Would stay again if we end up back in this part of the world!

This is the first time we use a virtual reception. But all is good since you can just run across the street at Acadia Hotel if you have questions. And the staff there is very helpful. Parking is not very clear. They should have map out the parking area. If there is an available parking spot at the back, they should have put a sign or save a spot for the guests. But other than that, all is good. It’s a good walk to the garage parking. Everything else is close by. We had a good walk around the area.

It's good for a short stay in Quebec City. Nothing fancy, but it does the job. The room was clean and the pressure was good in the shower. The box spring mattress was not the most comfortable. There is no staff, which was perfectly fine for us, but keep that in mind if that's not what you're looking for.

This was a decent place to stay. Rooms were quite small but we were only there to sleep anyway. A few notes if you are going to stay there - in the 2 seperate rooms we were in the sink is not in the bathroom, it is right beside the bed. Not a problem for us but maybe tor some. Also there is no front desk or staff at the hotel, but just about 50 metres away is the sister hotel Acadia. If you have any needs/concerns you can go there and they will glady assist ie- luggage storage, key problems, ice... Overall we enjoyed our stay. Great location just inside walled part of old town which allowed easy access to things in city outside of the old part .
