The staff are really nice, the hotel is well kept and the location is great but you can feel that the room is getting old a little and they need to use a good VPN on their internet for international guests because it’s almost useless without it.

素晴らしいホスピタリティで、初めての中国滞在を安心して楽しむことができました。 客室は清潔で過ごしやすく、家具の配置や動線もよく考えられていました。スリッパが用意されていた点も、日本人としてうれしかったです。ラウンジは朝も夜もゆったりとくつろげる、とても快適な空間でした。 周辺のレストラン情報も丁寧に教えていただき、大変助かりました。少し日本語を話せるスタッフの方がいつも親切にサポートしてくださり、初めて訪れた中国でも不安なく過ごせました。 また、オーナーご夫妻の温かいおもてなしも印象的で、旅の思い出をより特別なものにしてくれました。心から感謝しています。

五星級設備，兩星級管理 a 5 star hotel with 2 star management

這酒店硬體設備還可以配的上五星級，但服務與人員素質差，沒有培訓，配不上五星級。 入住第一天房間裡面沐浴乳竟然是空瓶？上一個客人退房酒店打掃人員沒有注意。 在酒店大堂談事，二樓 ballroom 在佈置，既然酒店人員說話大聲到外面可以聽到。然後用的手推車拉東西進出 ballroom 車子輪胎既然發出強烈暴躁聲音，而酒店人員就這樣拉來拉去？！當時說話都聽不到自己聲音！ The hotel needs a much qualified management team, very unprofessional.

We checked in and were given a room where the shower had an accumulation of hair and dirt from the previous guest.The maintenance is severely lacking ...there is virtually no monitoring of the housekeeping staff.The management offered apologies and changed our room...for a Hilton that should not be happening...especially when it is the most expensive hotel in this city
