The staff are really nice, the hotel is well kept and the location is great but you can feel that the room is getting old a little and they need to use a good VPN on their internet for international guests because it’s almost useless without it.

素晴らしいホスピタリティで、初めての中国滞在を安心して楽しむことができました。 客室は清潔で過ごしやすく、家具の配置や動線もよく考えられていました。スリッパが用意されていた点も、日本人としてうれしかったです。ラウンジは朝も夜もゆったりとくつろげる、とても快適な空間でした。 周辺のレストラン情報も丁寧に教えていただき、大変助かりました。少し日本語を話せるスタッフの方がいつも親切にサポートしてくださり、初めて訪れた中国でも不安なく過ごせました。 また、オーナーご夫妻の温かいおもてなしも印象的で、旅の思い出をより特別なものにしてくれました。心から感謝しています。

We checked in and were given a room where the shower had an accumulation of hair and dirt from the previous guest.The maintenance is severely lacking ...there is virtually no monitoring of the housekeeping staff.The management offered apologies and changed our room...for a Hilton that should not be happening...especially when it is the most expensive hotel in this city
