Beware that the pin is in the wrong place on Google Maps (600m away!) even though the street address is correct. Modern cool hotel. Front desk English minimal but good enough. We enjoyed the location.

While the property looks modern and newly renovated, our stay was ruined by severe odor issues and restricted amenities. Upon arrival, we noticed cigarette smoke lingering across multiple floor hallways and a heavy smoke smell inside our room. To make matters worse, the air conditioning was completely off. When we asked the staff, they admitted the AC was turned off centrally as a cost-cutting measure. Opening the windows did nothing to clear the heavy smoke smell. The next day, we requested a room change. Staff showed us a second room, which seemed fine during a brief initial check. However, after moving all our luggage in, an overpowering sewage stench filled the space. It was completely intolerable, so we demanded to check out. Staff then offered to let us inspect a third room, where we finally found one without any toul odors. Restricting air conditioning to cut costs while subjecting guests to smoke and sewage smells is completely unacceptable. Hotel management urgently needs to prioritize basic cleanliness, ventilation, and odor control.

我住得很干净舒适，员工也很友善。尤其是在退房时，我遇到了一些麻烦，因为我叫不到出租车，幸好有一位女工作人员热情地帮助了我。如果再去青岛，我还会选择住在这里。 타이동 야시장이랑 엄청 가까워요! 접근성 좋고 호텔도 엄청 깨끗하고 수압도 아주 굿. 조식도 종류 많고 맛있었구욤 재방문 의사 있음!!
