Nice pool, great food, well maintained resort, great for family w kids. The beach has coarse sand and lots of sea weed at the bottom of the beach. In general great all inclusive resort if booking at reasonable price. I was lucky to be able to reserve all restaurants for dinner.

SLS should be on everyone books for sure! Wonderful place to relax. This is not a party resort but does have a good tavern with DJ and very good music. I love it, will be returning.

This trip was great!! Family loved it. The only small downside we had was when teenagers stayed a night next door and there was an extreme amount of yelling, arguing, partying, etc. the staff did come down but I feel like they could have done more to minimize it. They gave them too many chances.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at SLS Cancun! From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. The resort is beautiful, stylish, and has such a fantastic atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. The service was truly outstanding, and the attention to detail made our stay feel extra special. The rooms were gorgeous, the food was delicious, and the pool and beach areas were absolutely beautiful. We especially loved the relaxing atmosphere, great music, and overall energy of the resort. SLS Cancun is the perfect combination of luxury, relaxation, and fun. Check In is fast but the resort is at full capacity is room were late, unclean, and not nice view location. None of the perks were acknowledge nor offer until a flood of complaints about the room escalated to manager level. Nevertheless, this is a nice resort with great restaurants and resort amenities. The beach here is not nice so it is definitely not for beach lovers

We went from may 19-25 the property was fantastic a lot restaurants and different options for lunch one thing I will recommend book your restaurants once you get to the hotel because other wise you will have to eat were the they have availability all restaurants are really good we tried Union,Lotus,Caracol and Filia the Italian and try to book early 6-7 so you see the night time entertainment beach is decent but really close to the beautiful waters of Playa Mujeres our stay was really good very safe place the resort for me is 100 % recommended and I will go back in the future thanks for your amazing work to SLS team in keeping your guests happy

It’s definitely a family resort , staff 10/10, food 10/10, birthday accommodations 10/10 The only issues I have is they need more entertain for the adults and the bar needs to be open until 1am not 11pm. Also the website mentioned 18 restaurants which I did not see. Otherwise I give the resort 9/10.
