This was the best vacation ever. Everything was top notch. The room, the service, the restaurants and bars were very luxurious. I would recommend to mature couples or honeymooners. It is also good and safe for solo travelers. Get the ultra all inclusive. You will thank me later.

The hotel was beyond clean and staff and food were amazing. Can say enough about the entire experience and can’t wait to go back. The art work is very strange, not sure what they were thinking but everything else was exceptional

Restaurant staff and food quality and choices remain five star incredible. However the pool staff and housecleaning was terrible this trip. The pool staff are all talking to each other and don’t seem to care about serving the guests at all. You have to complain to get a drink and that’s not for me. Housekeeping was a disaster. Our room often didn’t get cleaned at all or we had to wait until 5pm for it to get cleaned. They NEED to fix these two things to bring the hotel to the five star rating it boasts. Otherwise - todo bidets, hot tub on balcony, extremely friendly restaurant staff, modern rooms, incredible food choices and restaurant service all remains five stars.

This is the best hotel ever. The photos don’t show how wonderful and helpful the staff is. Sleek modern amenities with cool extras like a Toto bidet and automatic curtains and Bluetooth speakers in the room. The sunken true hot tub and balcony hammock make it one of the best balconies anywhere and every room is ocean front.

Amazing staff. Amazing property. If you want absolute luxury and comfort this is your hotel. From the heated toilets with built in bidets to the amazing stone jacuzzis, from the fantastic hammocks to the pool lounge chairs and umbrellas, absolutely no expense was spared here. If you want an all inclusive with gourmet food and fantastic attentive service, look no further than Hotel Mousai.
