The room was cleaned every day and a towel service came every evening. The only negative was that the bathroom shower pipe dripped some times and the face basin water would back up if we didn't adjust the plug. The staff were very attentive and courteous Check-in was a breeze and great experience. They had some really lovely pools and the entertainment was fun.

This was the best place where I have ever been to. The real parties were phenomenal. They were in a pool with a lot of foam. They had dancers and lots of drinks available. It was the best party resort I could ever think of the food was phenomenal. I wish I could go back.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Rui Palace Macao-Adults Only-All Inclusive. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. There were plenty of excursions and activities to choose from, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and create memorable experiences. The only area I feel could use improvement is the elevator situation. The elevators had poor ventilation, and they were not always working properly. During my stay, one elevator was out of order, which caused some inconvenience. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend this resort. With some improvements to the elevators, it would make an already enjoyable stay even better.

Will definitely come back! We had a great experience. Really enjoyed that it was adults only, but exploring the other Rius was fun, they each have something a little different to offer. Staff was incredible. We loved the buffet for every meal. Definitely try Kabuki restaurant, that food was heavenly. Beware of booking anything with the guys on the beach. They are overpriced and not necessarily the safest excursions. Book excursions within the hotel in the theater.

The rooms were clean but the amenities like hair conditioner was empty upon check in to check out the entire stay although the staff was very helpful I did not like the drinks, no garnish and did not look presentable at all, most drinks had very little alcohol leaving guests to order double shots in drinks.
