To start, the staff is very welcoming, the room clean and has everything you need, from shower gel to toothpaste and toothbrush. The restaurant has an amazing food. I do have to say that the buffet wasn’t that great for me. Room service was the best at any hour of the day. I really recommend this resort. Forgot to mention that the golf field is amazing and I had a great time.

Beautiful resort, walking distance from the beach. There are so many beautiful pools, we spent so much time there. The food is very tasty, great selection, very good for families. We enjoyed the coffee shop, ice cream spots as well, and the live bands were amazing. The staff is very friendly, welcoming, helpful, beautiful people!! Our room was a suite, very clean and very specious for a family. We will definetly be back.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Overall, our experience at the hotel was very good. The facilities, service, and everything else were excellent. The only thing I feel is important to mention for anyone considering staying here is that several of the restaurants were closed, and only two were currently operating. This somewhat limited the dining options within the hotel, especially if you plan to stay for several days. Aside from that, our stay was pleasant, and we were satisfied with the hotel. I simply recommend taking the restaurant situation into consideration before booking.

the room and property were very clean. food and drinks were very good! the only downside is there is not much nightlife on the resort compared to other resorts we have been to. the adult only sections were awesome but there was only 2 main pools. staff was very friendly and helpful.

Our visit to the Paradisus Palma Real resort was amazing. All worked together for a beautiful awesome experience from the staff, to the cleaning of the property and to the amazing food. We are planning to return to it and be able to experience more and include some activities. We recommend the place and evaluate it with the highest level possible. Thanks to all people that made our vacation visit outstanding.

Our experience on Day 21 was absolutely amazing! From day one, we were warmly greeted by our concierge, Eriol, who was incredibly attentive and helpful. He made dinner reservations for us every night and followed up with us every morning to ask how our dinner was and if everything went well. Gustavo was the best waiter in the breakfast area, and Romeris was wonderful as well. They were both friendly, attentive, and made our mornings even more enjoyable. The adults-only pool was always so clean, and the beach with its beautiful white sand was amazing. Overall, this resort is one of the best in the Caribbean. We truly had an unforgettable experience!

The entire staff at resort was incredibly helpful and made us feel like a priority. We did book a room with 2 double beds and it’s why we booked master but that was not a choice when we got here . Food, drinks, all exceptional. We will be back!

The staff was attentive, kind, and hardworking. You can choose between a family side and an adult side of the resort, but you all come together for dinner and activities. Make your dinner reservations early - they fill up fast. Our concierge at the Paradisus Palma Real did an amazing job looking after us, providing us with daily information, making reservations for us, and helping us choose our activities. He was very professional and upbeat every time I saw him. I would definitely recommend him to others! He helped make our visit great!
